a day in the life

Gosh I love these days.
(I could eeeeeasily do without some
of the ridiculous moments.)

But seriously.
Look at this kid.
Haha

And then there are the girls.
Just having a moment.

A little upstairs playing with the giant
chick we “won” at the neighborhood
Easter celebration.

I got my pantry under control
And I’m loooooving it!
(All you homebuilders-avoid
at whatever cost possible a deep pantry.
They’re the devil)

Then Paige held her sister.
Duh.

Then Brooke had a bath.

Our faves joined us cause that’s
how we survive life.

These two. My goodness.

Then Paige landed a fever.

Yep.
Living the dream over here!

tate’s floor nap

I’m such a good mom.
I mean seriously: does this not
scream “qualified to parent?”

Ok, no worrying. I was standing next
to him folding laundry.
I guess laundry wasn’t very entertaining.

Oh Taters, you’re my favorite son.

paige holding brooke

I just don’t think I’m going to get tired of
these pictures.
The day will come that Brooke will
Be too big for Paige to
hold “by my ownself.”

This big sister had
the most genuine love for her siblings.

water hose

Seriously, the only way to survive summer around
here is with the water hose.

I feel so cooped up in the house, so we gotta do
what we gotta do to hang outside.

And if that means the water bill takes a hit,
then so be it.

Tate figured out at the beginning of the summer that
he could create his own sprinkler to run in.

The nozzle on the hose is wearing out, so it doesn't stick quite
as good as it used to.

Oh hey there, Paigey Poo!

Revenge!

I see the look in your eyes...
I'll be running away now!

Hug each other!

Touch your noses together!
Hahahaha

Oh little boy smirk, how you get your way!

I see you, school.
I'm not ready for you...
but then again, I kind of am.
But not fully ready.
