santa baby

We had our annual Santa visit last week.
I love that it includes these three cousins together.
These photos are pre-Santa excitement.

Hi, little boy!

Can you just stay this little?

Sweet girls.

At what age should we stop encouraging cousin kisses?

And so all of you can be sad with me…
here are what could have been wonderful pictures of
my little Tate Man.
Instead, they are wonderful pictures of his hand.
boooooo!!!!

I seriously love that grin.

And then Santa got there.
All three kids were…well…emotional.

Poor Santa.
Paige got a little brave and received her gift...

…and a quick kiss...

…too intense!

Tate clinging for dear life...

And here's a quick thank you hug.

Samantha was equally enthused.

Bah humbug!

Sweet Santa trying to win the kids over.

Thank you, Santa! Maybe next year will be tear free.

dishes

As of a few days ago, Paige's favorite
thing to do is the dishes. (I can't wait for her
to actually be able to do the dishes…)
For now it just consists of her playing in the sink with
dishes that are waiting on me…

Nonetheless, here's Paige in her pj's and crazy hair.

Reeeeeach!

She put her own pants on after going potty.
She informed me that she "put them on sideways."
Haha. Kids are so funny.

Meanwhile, Tate cruised around in his walker.

work out clothes

So there was this one day that
I put Paige in a work out shirt,
yoga pants,
boots,
a messy ponytail,
and a stretchy headband...

…and just like that, she looked like every mom I know.

paige army crawl video

I forgot to add this one to my random
videos of Paige as a baby.

Love my chunky lil Paigey girl!

sibling love

I'm enjoying this stage while it lasts.
These two love each other.

No one pushes the other (Paige) away while
she smothers the other in kisses.

No one demands space from the other.

No one (typically) gets upset when the other (Tate) takes
a toy away.

I just know I'm running out of time for these things
to be true.

Also…sleeping Tate, because who doesn't love
a sleeping baby?

kids in the kitchen

Look how cute these little siblings are while
they are hiding in the kitchen cabinet.

car seat twins

Every now and then Erica and I venture to
the library together.

On a rare occasion we are feeling generous and
we rearrange car seats so that we can all
go in one car.

I feel like moving car seats takes a good 30 minutes…
and it's only a 15 minute drive.

It's worth it, because look at how happy these girls are.

Paige constantly asks to "ride in the back!"
